These Terms of Service govern your use of the NueForm™ platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NueForm™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using NueForm™ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

NueForm™ is an online platform for creating, distributing, and analyzing forms and surveys.
We provide tools including a form builder, response collection, analytics dashboard, visual workflow editor, React component export, and integrations via API and webhooks.
Features may vary by plan tier. See our Pricing page for current plan details.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including but not limited to features, plan tiers, usage limits, team seat allocations, storage quotas, API rate limits, and third-party integrations.
For material changes to paid plans, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the Service.
In the event of extraordinary circumstances, including significant increases in infrastructure or third-party service costs, we may implement changes with shorter notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance and provide alternatives where possible.

You must create an account to use NueForm™. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

You may not use NueForm™ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may not use NueForm™ to collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, financial account numbers, or government identifiers) without appropriate safeguards and consent.
You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
You may not use automated means to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or places undue burden on our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain all rights to the content you create using NueForm™, including your forms, questions, and branding.
NueForm™ retains all rights to the service itself, including its software, design, branding, and documentation.
By using the React Export feature, you receive a license to use the exported code in your own projects without restriction.

Free plans are provided at no cost with the features described on our Pricing page.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current pricing until renewal, but updated feature allocations and plan limits may apply upon renewal.
Plan features, limits, and included resources (such as team seats, response limits, and storage) may be modified in accordance with the Service Modification section above.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the service.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

NueForm™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, without notice or your consent.
In the event of such assignment, the assignee will assume all of our obligations under these Terms and your relationship with the Service will continue under the same terms.
Your rights under these Terms are not assignable or transferable without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, plan features, pricing, and any related policies at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
